Practical Outcomes has been operating since November 2006 as a Registered Training Organisation. We deliver a range of services to businesses and individuals working in community services programs, specifically children’s services throughout the state of Victoria.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for our next Regional Manager to lead a team of passionate Early Childhood & School Age Education Trainers in the East Region. This opportunity will suit a strong leader with a passion for quality education.

Reporting directly to the State Training Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and leading a team of trainers to ensure that the Practical Outcomes Training Programs are actively promoted in all client locations.

 
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to;

  • Enhancing and promoting the Practical Outcomes brand by exploring new and innovative opportunities
  • Developing positive, professional and respectful relationships with clients
  • Be accountable for staff resources to ensure the timely delivery of training programs and identify areas of professional development for the Training Team
  • Coaching and mentoring trainers to ensure all students are being trained on site locations each month, and that visits are documented
  • Ensure training is delivered within NVR guidelines, operational directives as indicated by National Training Manager and within Practical Outcomes’ training guidelines
  • Implement and communicate all educational and administrative policies and procedures to the Training Team to ensure NVR compliance

  • Ability to read and interpret reports accurately
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Certificate IV and/or Diploma of School Age Education and Care (desirable, but not essential)
